Since acquiring my first bike as a kid I have always loved to go for a bike ride. However, as knee problems have begun to worsen it became apparent that I needed to move into a new bike or give up biking. This led me to look at changing over to an electric bike. I started with a different bike shop but could not seem to find a bike that suited me. They graciously referred me to Blue Monkey with the highest of recommendations and praise. My experience at Blue Monkey was outstanding. Mason seemed to have all the time in the world to answer my many questions. Because I have loved my Raleigh Cruiser, I was looking for something that would give me a similar experience. This led me to try the Pedego Interceptor in a step through model. I am thrilled with my choice and excited to begin this new direction in biking. This is AWESOME!!!

My wife and I visited the store last summer while visiting from out of town. We were full of questions, and they had all the answers. Duane took us out back behind the store and let us test drive several bikes including his personal one for quite a while. We ended up placing an order which we needed shipped to our home in Tennessee. They took great care of all the details, and we have loved the bike ever since. Despite our living in TN and their place of business being in UT, they have continued to provide service and info multiple times in the 9-10 months since our purchase. We have been so pleased, that when we decided this week to get a second electric bike there was no question about who we would get it from. My wife called Duane, and the second bike has now been ordered! Why would we ever want to take our business anywhere else? I've never had better or more friendly service from anyone for anything. Keep up the excellent work, guys!

This is seriously the best little bike shop I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I bought a Pedego City Commuter, and I love it! Best bike I've ever owned... but they sell all kinds of electric bikes that are incredible, and have one to suit every need. What makes the experience unique and special is working with the staff at Blue Monkey. Duane and his staff have gone above and beyond, and I'll be buying my next electric bike from them. Highly recommended!

I purchased my Pedego Ridge Rider in late August of 2016. Through the middle of March, 2017 I have accumulated almost 1700 miles, despite the winter snows we had especially in January. I love the Ridge Rider. I am 70 years old and I have always enjoyed cycling throughout my life. With my 70 year old knees it was hard staying on my bike. The Ridge Rider has gotten me back out of the house and riding again. I can use as little or as much of the pedal assist as I need. My average daily ride is a loop through Morgan, Utah of around 20 miles. When I go further, I always know I have enough battery power to get me back home. Blue Monkey Bicycles has been a great bike shop in helping me get back into cycling. They always support their products and are knowledgeable about electric bikes. I highly recommend electric bikes and the Blue Ridge Bicycle Shop.

A Great Local eBike Store! I talked to Mickey about 5 months ago about getting an eBike for commuting and exercising. Recently I talked to Mason, and he steered me to a Surface 604 Colt. It was the perfect bike for me, and older, weight-challenged guy who wanted to get more active. They ordered the bike, and it came less than a week. It took them no time to assemble it and charge the battery. I am confident that I will reeive great support and service from them going forward. They are a great example of a small business that supports their community.
