I've had a number of positive exchanges at Taylor's bike shop but the spokes I had them cut not only do not match the original, they do not match each other. When I brought this discrepency to the salesperson at the front, he tried to convince me these 1 & 2mm variations were acceptable and dropped jargon about single v. double wall rims. I had to insist they get recut to match the original. 
This was an inconsequential, $12 transaction. It doesn't matter, but it should. I shudder thinking about the customer without the confidence to speak up that gets sold the wrong inner tube, knobby tires for their commuter, or the wrong size bike. 
In the future, I'll take my $12 transactions elsewhere.

I've been going to Taylor's Bike Shop for quite a while now. I always have a fantastic experience! They are always so great to help and want to make sure every customer is excited about riding! Perfect place for new and experienced riders. I love the service and would recommend them to anyone! I often work with Tyson whose the best! John's a close second 😉. Really though they're all great. Keep up the phenomenal work Taylors Bike Shop!

Had a great experience purchasing a bike here. I was able to haggle with the price on the bike and I felt like I got a great deal. I've bought 2 bikes from them now and have been satisfied both times.

My kids wanted me to have a new bike for mother's day. On a whim we came in to look. John was AMAZING!!! He walked me through how to find the right sized bike, the right shoes, taught me how to shift gears, clip shoes in, everything!! He was kind, patient and NOT pushy!! Great experience, great service, great overall!! Thanks John and thank you Taylor's.

Great customer service, great products, great locations, just a great business that fills a need in the communities they are established in.  I have gone to Taylor's Bike Shop for over 40 years and they have always been great to deal with and have treated me with respect and been fair with servicing my high end bikes as well as selling me bikes for my family. There's not a better bike shop in the Intermoutain West.
