Hands down, this was the best experience I've ever had with a service department. 

I had the infamous engine ticking noise coming from my 2015 Jeep Wrangler and wanted the dealership to get it checked out. The dealer where I purchased it from is pretty far away and the one closest to my house has a very poor reputation. So, I decided to give Lakeshore of Picayune a call.

SERVICE CENTER: I contacted the service center and left a voice message during the late evening hours, honestly not expecting a phonecall back from them the next morning. Well, Nick contacted me and left a voicemail the very next morning (unheard of!). When I brought my Jeep in on Friday, I was given the option to leave it for the weekend and receive a rental car, or to bring it back on Tuesday with an estimated completion of Friday. I chose the Tuesday option.

I arrived on Tuesday morning and EVERYTHING went smoothly; i.e. everybody was there at work ready for costumers, the rental car was set, and my arrival was anticipated. Nick guided everything as a true professional, along with the service manager. 

After I received the vehicle and left for work, I received a call from Nick later that morning with an update on the engine issue (unheard of!). THEN, HE CALLED ME LATER THAT AFTERNOON AND SAID THAT MY JEEP WAS READY FOR PICKUP!

Does not try to help you. Went to there sister store in Slidell and got what we wanted they same day!!

Amazing dealership from sale to service and everywhere in between. Sales staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Always strive to make you feel like a valued customer. Service department is always very friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Very good with customer service and fixing vehicles. State of the art dealership with a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
