Great experience.  Well led employees.  
Great place and great products for everything Drone related from less expensive fun toy type drones all the way up to and including the ultra high-end feature film production drones.   I personally fall in the middle of those two extremes and thoroughly enjoy my mid range drone.  It's the single most impressive piece of technology that I've every own.  

The DJI brand is the only brand of drones I would ever buy or recommend to friends/Family. 

This DJI Store is very clean, very well laid out, and has plenty of employees to get people taken care of very quickly.  

Highly recommended.

DJI Colorado is a 'RESELLER' of DJI products. When your drone falls out of they sky there is nothing they can do to help you except give you the phone number to call.....then better get comfy.

Went in with quite a bit of knowledge about the Osmo+ and ended up buying one. The staff was very helpful and made me feel right at home throughout the buying process. I ended up purchasing a few add-ons and look forward to buying more from these guys in the future!

BEWARE! This is NOT a DJI store, it's a 'franchise' so you won't get REAL product or warranty support from them. Think 'Apple Authorized Reseller' instead of a real Apple Store. 

I made a point to purchase from this physical store in my community but when my device broke, the staff were QUICK to inform me I had to deal with DJI directly for warranty support. If they won't help me as a paying customer, then you're better off ordering online . . .

The staff that I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable. I'm licensed Faa107 pilot have flown for years, He gave insight on new features that are great tools the have and gave his honest opinions on all the products, if you are new to drones or just looking for a highend store with down to earth staff this is it. Worth the drive
