Great experience with getting my central a/c unit fixed after hours.  The technician was thorough, fair and worked quickly to help resolve our issues.  They were nice enough to have us walk through a few checks before coming out to make sure it wasn't  a simple fix we could do ourselves.  Upon arrival he quickly identified the issue and fixed it on the spot. Our service was quick, fair and reasonably priced.  I would highly recommend Groff's.

Just spent $417 for new thermostat that they misdiagnosed. I called and told them i had thermstat issue. Not weekend or emergency.  First guy spent 2 hours then said it was programed wrong.  Cost $246. Got worse after he left 2nd guy installed new thermostat ..Cost $217.  Service mgr. refused to acknowledge they blew it.  That is why they get 2 stars on Yelp.  My advice..try someone else.

Great experience. They removed my oil steam boiler and tank, installed a new natural gas furnace and water heater tank. They also installed radiant baseboard throughout my house. Price was reasonable, and the work was timely. They have since done work on two houses for my parents.

Very neat workers in our home who kept us informed of progress and any issues that arose.
Just a great company to work with. We are so pleased with our new central air!
