I love Landers Ford! I've been doing business with them since they were Mid-Way Ford years ago! I am not just a customer. I'm always greeted by my name. I trust my service adviser. And it's even better since they've added the quick lube!

This was the easiest purchase I have ever experienced.  My salesman and I discussed vehicles on Thursday morning, and by Friday afternoon I was driving off the lot.  Efficiency and professionalism was second to none.  I would recommend everyone to Landers Ford.

Purchased a 2017 Ford Fiesta for our daughter’s first car. JaQi Lloyd made the process so easy and beat everyone else’s price. She also arranged for us to surprise out daughter with the car at the dealership the next day, big red ribbon on top of the car and everything. It’s a family memory that will last forever. Everyone at Landers Ford Collierville from the owners on down were a pleasure to meet and do business with. We will definitely buy our next vehicle from Landers as well.

My review is somewhat mixed. My Truck is 1 year old and has been to the dealer multiple times over the same issue in the past 12 months. My display which controls the navigation, radio, phone, etc. keeps going out. This has been extremely frustrating since I travel for work only seems to break when I am hundreds of miles from home. When this happened about 2 weeks ago I was 500 miles from home and it was a real problem. The service advisor I spoke with (wish I knew his name) was not kind and didn't seem to care that this was an ongoing problem on a new truck. After some effort I got transferred to the Service manager Robert. Robert understood my frustration that all these issues on a new truck were making it difficult to say the least. When I got back to Memphis Robert got my truck in, gave me a loaner car, fixed my truck and I am up and running. Hopefully the issue is resolved and I am grateful to Robert for taking control of the situation and getting my issue resolved. My truck is instrumental in my ability to work and Robert understands how to get things done. Thank you Robert for your assistance.
