If you make an appointment with them don't expect that to mean anything. My appointment was for 7AM but was continually pushed back until the next day. I don't recommend the service if you want your car within a reasonable timeframe from when you make an appointment. Also, they did stuff without consulting nor confirming with me.  I got charged $600+ extra for something I didn't even authorize that was non-essential. When I told them I didn't ask for that service and did not want them to continue working on it they said they were still going to charge me for the labor they did without my authorization. This could've been a good experience if they communicated with me and only worked on what I asked, but instead I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The worst possible service experience I've ever had, a service department that did not care if the service was her rendered and a scheduling department that must over schedule and does not adhere to promised service times.   I will never return nor buy a car from this dealership.  

FYI,  I was able to rescheduled my oil change at Bud Davis Cadillac and had absolutely outstanding service, even on a Chevy pick up truck.   They were willing to work me in due to the unusual circumstances!

Get the service price quote in writing! I had work done and was initially quoted $1300 for the repairs. When I went to pick up my car the price was $2034.00. The service guy tried to tell me that it was my fault that I didn't understand the price I was quoted. Never once was I told the price would be $2034. This is what gives auto mechanics a black eye. On the positive side the work seems to be good. I just wish they wouldn't have done the old "bait and switch" on the price.

It should not take an hour and 50 mins for an oil change, especially when I have an appointment! Consistently that is the case here though. I watch, and my car sits there for an hour until I begin to complain then they take it back to do the work!
