Had a full section of petite clothing but nothing in tall. Staff kept reminding me of catalog to purchase, but i was in the store to see and feel the clothes, the quality. Staff gathered in groups talking but 2 were up front tidying up and were approachable and accessible.

Their return policy seems wonderful, until you go to make the return. The staff here (specifically Leigh) is horrible. Rude beyond belief. It’s sad when you can’t even get basic courteous customer service. Quality seems to really have gone down hill as well. Avoid this place like the plague. Will never shop at a lands end again. In all honesty I would like to, but not after the service I have received here.

I like Land's End and their clothes. This store has most of there catalogue represented for ease.
