Be prepared to wait in the line a long time before anyone even asks if you need help. The workers always seem pre occupied helping other people even when the store is empty(seems purposely). There's no sense of urgency... not even a "we'll be right with you" The line has no order if youre waiting 20minutes a cashier will get anyone who makes it to the register first.
At this place you'll hardly hear a greeting when walking in and you're lucky if they make you feel like your  business is appreciated.

They do not have good customer service.
We had to wait so long for someone to unlock the fitting room. We had two different cashiers walk away from the counter as we waited in line. If my sister did not need this shirt we would have walked out.  Lane Bryant brand i expected better service fot this 2017 holiday shopping season.

Love it! My first visit at Lane Bryant was amazing, one whole hour just for me to play dress up with an amazing associate Keri. Out standin service and great prices! Came back within 6 days, again with Keri!!!!!

This is the best Lane Bryant by far in the Greater Houston area! The staff is friendly and I feel loved upon each visit. The have a nice variety of clothing and the Cacique (bras, Panties, lingerie) are to die for!
