I visited this place on 12/23/2017 and there's a sign on the door saying it's closed untold further notice. Sad. I used to love this location. Very spacious and things are well organized.

Great selection and deals but it can take a long time to check out so don't come during busy times if you are in a hurry.

Generally great customer service.. But today long line one person checking out ..when I called from within the store it still took a while for people to come out by this time no exaggeration thr line was almost out the door. Very unsatisfying visit.

I went to exchange a pair of jeans I bought for my husband. I had bought the right size, but the wrong style. I brought in the jeans, picked out a pair of jeans in the correct style to exchange, and was then told by the manager that he couldn't exchange jeans that were that size. He said they were too big and his store didn't carry sizes that big. He said that they do not carry any sizes that large in this store....which is obviously untrue since I had just picked out the same size in a different style from their selection. 

I told him that obviously they carry this size since I just picked out the same size to exchange, but he insisted that they didn't. I told him, again, that obviously they did. He was acting like a complete jerk (who obviously was just flat out lying) and said that he would do the exchange, but that he was just going to throw away the pair that I was exchanging because he couldn't sell that size in his store. 

This guy is not only a sizist jerk who is bad at lying, but he is pretty snooty for someone who works at Old Navy. Get over yourself. You sell $20 jeans and if you have a problem with selling clothing to people of any size, maybe you should find another job.
