This is the WORST Palais Royal to shop at in all of Houston. The staff if very unprofessional and a cashier “unlawfully” applies for a credit card using my information after telling me it was just a Rewards card to save money. I am waiting to hear back from Corporate office now. Even the “manager” in charge at that time was unprofessional and mispresenting the company with their bad attitude and aggressive tone. This is horrible to have cashier doing illegal transactions and manipulating customers. I will never shop there again!
