The customer service in this store have really went down you have a lot of African American young ladies plus size women who don't speak who don't care as long as you're spending thousands of dollars they are very rude and pushy I just think that when you spend the type of money that I have spent in this store you would hope that these ladies would be able to give great customer service and they don't. It is really sad that the district manager for the company is not aware of the poor customer service from THE MANGER down to the assistance and also the associates so for that I will not be shopping in this store anymore I live in Newport News and I now travel to the Hampton store those ladies are very professional they are very knowledgeable they go out and Beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that what you buy you're happy with and  you look nice in it . They also don't get upset  when you don't like something or you bring it back for return Kudos to the ladies at the Hampton Town Center lanebryant.....

I've found some great deals here, the clothes last for years. This store will be a Excellent choice for a woman who demands Quality.

I went in this past Friday 6/6/2014 evening around 6:30 and I was not even greeted by anyone who works there! I work in retail for a plus sized store and I was appalled at how they treat customers. Their was a woman who worked there who didn't appear to be plus-sized and who was Hispanic, she was the WORST! She spoke to everyone EXCEPT me! I was planning to do some major shopping but, since I was treated so badly I went elsewhere! I will never step foot in that particular store again.

I've been shopping here for three years and spent ALOT of money in this store. Was never asked for my ID and everyone knew me by name. Same people have been employed here or were at least working when I went in. NOW that I've lost weight and only buy bras I'm hounded by the employees to purchase more than I need and they don't stop nagging me . They don't greet me and they ask for ID now when I make payments and purchase! Sorry lane Bryant but I am no longer a shopper here!! Stuck up people employed here and only want you to purchase hundreds of dollars at a time!. They are getting a bad review from me north, south, east and west!
