Good prices on reasonable, comfortable, and also fashionable clothes. I can have grey in my beard and get a hoodie, sweater, and a t-shirt shirt, and my kid can get crazy colored skinny jeans. What I'm trying to say is that I am cool enough to shop at old Navy even though I am getting old. I don't really know if that is good for them.
Anyway, they lose a star for not having a fitting room I could find.

Old Navy has moved to Jefferson Commons! The new store is beautiful and the staff amazing! I have never shopped at such a wonderful Old Navy! They are right next to TJ Max and Total Wine!

It is a good place to sho. My granddaughter found some NOT TOO SHORT shorts. However their 50% off whole store fails to highlight or emphasize the "up to" part of the 50% off sign.
