3:4 visits have been great when dealing with Wayne. BUT....
My last visit was to get an inspection. The tech put a rejection sticker on my vehicle without even asking me if I wanted them to fix the problem. Just pulled my vehicle out and parked it with rejection on it. But while I was waiting, another customer wasn't going to pass their inspection either and the tech/employee came into the lobby telling them what was wrong and total repairs. No rejection sticker was put on. So my total for repairs would have been $487. I went to another repair shop and the total for the same repairs were $257. BIG DIFFERENCE. Went back the next day to get my inspection sticker and they argued with me about who told me to come back to get it reinspected. Was very rude and disrespectful about the whole matter and needed to communicate better. Tried to say I called the wrong store and needed an appointment when I had the paperwork in my hand that stated I was in their store and what time and who worked on my vehicle. Plus even described the person who said to come back including a name--who was sitting in front of me. But disputed it was him like I was crazy. Definitely not be going back!!!

Good group of guys. I can depend on them to be HONEST which is what we all look for in an auto service bus.  Thanks for all you do Larry's Tire and Auto crew!

I was in town on business, and my battery light started flashing.  I called them on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to get it in to at least diagnose the problem prior to a 4.5 drive home.  They determined it was indeed the alternator, and I decided to leave it with them for a couple days.  I was able to get the truck back on Monday with a competitive price for the repair.

The guys there are always so very helpful and have incredibly great customer service skills!  I love this place and I only go there  for my auto needs -  recommend to everyone!

The best place to have any work preformed on your vehicle, honest service, great prices and the best team around. I have been a customer for about six months now and will not take my personal or company vehicles anywhere else because nothing can beat the experience and knowledge of Larry's team.
