I stayed here in early March and had a great experience. Clean park and nice facilities. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. I was going to arrive after hours and they left the prepaid for firewood on my site for me. My tent site was well kept. It is in town and near a railroad somewhere. But did not hear any trains at night. As usual all my fellow campers were very nice.

We had a great stay here. We're not super high maintenance with campsites, but this one is great! Very well maintained, bathrooms are clean, the showers are hot, and the folks there are really friendly. Even have a little dog park and gave us treats for the pups! Campsite is just a short drive from White Sands and Holloman. Great place!

Great people working here, lots of shopping nearby, but its basically a parking lot with not much shade. Not their fault, we are in a desert. Maybe they can add some plants?

The campground is in the middle of a sketchy neighborhood. Spots are like filing cabinets with no fire rings. Looks like lots of long term/permanent residents here. Not exactly a family feeling at this KOA. Staff was nice at check-in but I wish we would have stayed at the KOA in Carlsbad or picked somewhere in the mountains. This feels like a nasty trailer park to me.
