The lawyer at the Dallas location, Brian Deitz, never followed up with us after our consultation.  He never returned any phone calls nor replied to email messages. It would have been more professional and ethical of him to return a phone call and tell us he couldn't help us with our case. He was not as knowledgeable as advertised. We ended going to a more reputable firm who was able to assist us. Don't solicit people through the mail if you are not fully committed to helping them.

Absolutely the best people around.  Love the fact that they went over everything to ensure it was in our best interest to file. Love knowing that they helped us make every choice that was best for us. Most places just want you to file so they make money, however that was not the feeling i got here! They wanted to make sure we were doing the right thing! Jessi made of process so easy and painless.  I made several calls and visit in the last 6 months and every single one was pleasant! They all treat you with respect!  Thank you all!

Although I've never filed bankruptcy with this firm, I do know that the attorneys at this firm are honest and caring in everything that they do. I know Jessi personally and she is always polite, positive, and professional. If I could give more than five stars to this firm, I would, as I know that this firm goes above and beyond for their clients. I see first hand how hard and how late the Law Office of Jeff Kelly will work to get the best possible outcome for their clients. Highly recommend to anyone in need of debt relief.

Truly surprised from the treatment I received from the office. I left there feeling totally disrespected and degraded. I don't know the female name, she never introduced herself to me. I am just so shocked from her attitude towards me. I told her she was extremely negative and she replied "I am always negative". The fact that I met with another law firm earlier that week and they were ready to take my case, however;  could not due to the county I live in. One thing I do know is that she point blank, told me that my case cannot be filed was absolutely false and she then stated, "I will not take your case" when I informed her that I believe she was not giving me accurate information. She stated " I do not own this company and the other firm must had more experience. Thank God she don't, I pray the owner reads this post and check on that particular office and how certain customers are being treated, especially me. How can she be allowed to handle customers in this disrespect way. Well I did obtain another firm to handle my case.

The attorney I spoke with was very kind and professional. I do not have much debt (being 27) and he gave me all the options of bankruptcy and consolidation. Knowing how bankruptcy can affect your credit he was very candid about the options and wanted me to really think about my decision. He wasn't just looking for new business and seemed to genuinely care. I would definitely recommend this firm for anyone considering filing bankruptcy
