I try not to be too "preachy" on these things but I have felt very unsettled seeing how people have been treating complete strangers. Today I watched someone who would not stop complaining on the frontrunner to a train host in a way that was not respectful and made myself and others very uncomfortable. For a half an hour this person belittled the train host and I wish I would have had the courage to say something. I am not saying this person was not justified in their complaints, anyone who rides UTA knows it is not flawless system, but I do ask that all of us who ride the train handle our concerns in a way that is respectful to other, and unless their is a life threatening incident we try to speak in a kind tone. I don't expect this post "change the world", my only expectations are that those who read this page might consider the perspective of a stranger before we say unkind things to them. I hope all of us that ride public transportation can look for the best in each other, stand up for each other, and maintain a camaraderie and pleasent atmosphere as we commute to and from our daily activities.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I try to catch the bus an hour before I have to get to work on time. I text the UTA number and it tells me my bus will be here at 2:42 pm and I have to be to work at 4. I come outside and arrive at the bus stop at 2:38 pm. 2:42 passes, no bus has yet to come because it has either came early or didn't come at all. I text the number and it tells me next bus will be here at 3:03 pm. So I'm gonna be late for work. This is mainly the 612 up in North Ogden. Also the 470 is ALWAYS at least 10 minutes late from what the text messages tell me. I don't usually write reviews but this pisses me off.

Snarky lady with dark hair is no fun to deal with! She was rude made me feel like an idiot and didn't even help me with what I came in for... Smh.

This is my only method of transport due to a health problem. Don't ride the buses if you are at risk of being fired from your job for being late or not being able to get there at all. In fact, don't ride it if you have important and expensive appointments, have a college exam. They are unreliable, and the bus breaks down or never shows up at certain stops at least once a month. But if you don't have anywhere important to be, and a bunch of time, this is a great option.
