Solid facilities. Sizable weight room: One squat rack, one power rack and one Smith rack. Three benches. One (two?) leg presses. The usual machines.

Okay number of aerobic machines but easy to fill up during the lunch rush. Way fewer than the (much) cheaper Planet Fitness on the Riverfront.

Convenient location in downtown Wilmington. Every other gym is far from here (at least 15 minutes for an Anytime Fitness), so those that don't have cars might find this useful. Parking is free, but small.

Unfortunately, it costs WAY too much for what they're offering. At this time of writing, they're asking for $80/month. LA Fitness (30 minutes away) offers the same services and newer equipment for $32/month for a nationwide pass...

Decent facility, doesn't get too crowded normally. I've enjoyed working out here for the last 6 months or so, but they just recently started enforcing their towel service policy. I've gotten a towel everytime I've been here, but now they say it's $15 a month just for towels! I already pay over $90... I'm gonna need to find another gym. This place is getting way too expensive

For the age of the building, it's holding up like fine wine. The staff is always helpful and the instructors are top notch.
