I have been a member for almost 3 years. I rarely have ever had to wait for equipment. I'm a morning person and there is plenty of equipment available. All new equipment was installed about 5 months ago. The place is doing a complete refurb. While it will be great when its done, it's taking a very long time

I have been coming to Planet Fitness for several years and it seems like a nice place to work out. They are currently renovating so you have to watch which way you walk. They have staff present to assist and answer questions for you.

The staff is friendly, membership is reasonable and it truly is a non judgmental workout place. People respect each other. Can't wait for the construction to be done in the locker rooms though, only drawback to the place but if you don't need to shower or store stuff there then it won't impact you at all

My husband and I signed up online. They send you a email saying how friendly the staff is and how when you come in you will get a tour of the place. NOPE... we went got our card and they were done with us . They didn't offer to take the time and walk us around or anything !! I had to ask if they had tanning available and they didn't because they are remodeling!! Btw they are remodeling but it looks very unsafe with all of the construction going on. I wasn't too happy with the place. My husband and I came home and wanted to cancel and look at retro fitness or YMCA. I agree with others everything is so darn close to each other I could literally hold hands with the person next to me. Another thing is when my husband tried to watch a tv while he was running it didn't work. Didn't surprise me at all. I was a member with PF years ago and I loved it I'm not sure what happen !!

The staff are friendly and engaging. I read the prior reviews. I think they're referring to a specific time of the day. When at 9 am during the week or 4pm on the weekend i get motivated by staff and people working out. I charge my workout and im out! Love it. Yes they are under construction, but i can live with it until they get it together.
