I loved the workout and I love the dedication of the trainers. The ONLY reason I am giving this place a 3 star is because of customer service when it comes to anything besides working out (i.e. administrative services). I had called twice in a span of 2 weeks to try and cancel my membership. The first time I called, a very sweet girl told me that I will be receiving something in the email to cancel my membership which I didn't receive so when August hit I was charged for that month. Not a big deal. I am certainly aware that in this day and age - emails don't always come through. So I paid my due since it was my fault for not checking back in sooner about the email and called back in the beginning of August to talk to another great trainer who was more than happy to help. Said that I was good to go and that I didn't need to worry about anything. Unfortunately, the process to cancel memberships don't work like that and I was charged for another month. Here is where the actual issues start. I called to see if someone could help me with properly cancelling my membership and the trainer that I talked to very briefly was obviously in a rush to get back to training. I tried to tell her/him what was going on and this individual just kept talking over me. When I asked what needs to be done to get my money back I was just flat out told "you can't". Those last two words is what really pissed me off. I lost my bearings and I won't lie - I did throw some attitude back. I laughed and and asked him/her again because I could not believe my ears. Then the individual went on to rush through corporate policies and I just told this person that I would just come in and hung up before I said something I would regret. So I am giving this location a 3-star. Because despite being a great place to workout and having great trainers, when you are taking money from your customers and then treat them like a nuisance when they need anything else besides some tips on how to squat/punch/kick properly, it takes away from how great the experience was.

I enjoy the fast-paced, challenging workouts with the friendly and motivational trainers. They make me look forward to my workouts! The Pike Creek location is small, but they have a great system that keeps things moving and everyone has their own space. I highly recommend them!

I just had my complimentary session at the Concorde Pike location today and the trainer honored it even though it was past closing time on a Saturday (there was a scheduling snafoo on their end). Even though I was tired and winded, the trainer was very positive, sincere and encouraging. I would definitely recommend this place for those who don't like Cross Fit or traditional gyms. It's challenging but definitely worth the 30 minute workout!
