Professional and accommodating. Im impressed that he still came even though the weather was treacherous (very high winds) and dark! John C. went above and beyond helping me. He cleaned out the main drain line and made the mess in the restroom look like there was never an issue! Talk about Paragon customer service and workmanship!  The staff on the phone was super helpful, friendly but very professional. Will use Stillwell for all my plumbing needs.

This is the worst most unprofessional company.  The ladies that answer the phones are very nice and polite but that’s where the professionalism ends.  My appt. was 8-12 pm but they arrived at 3:25 pm.  The worker that came to my house seemed lazy and acted like things weren’t covered under my policy (but I knew the were).  

Called to have them return for a repair that wasn’t done correctly.  Manager/owner got nasty and smart and refused to send someone out (had to call my insurance even though the item was still under their warranty).

Bottom line, I would avoid this company at all cost especially because they don’t want to stand behind their work.  Years ago I had a worker come out from this company and he was great; but now I have nothing good to say about these recent workers.

The men (Maurice and another gentleman) arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up the area. They were great to work with. I would use Stilwell again and recommend to my friends. Thanks!!

Great company! They came out quickly, when others plumbers were telling us 3 days. They did a fantastic job at a fair rate. I highly recommend these folks!

Nick from Stillwell was great. He exceeded my expectations by being here before 9am. He was very nice and honest, and waited for the water to flow through the pipes before he said it was complete and no additional leaks. I would recommend this company.
