So happy I came to Leo Hamel Jewelry Buyers. 

I worked with Kelsey to sell some of the old brooches, rings and necklaces I had. At first I was nervous about selling my jewelry ( this was my first experience), but she put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. She offered me a soda and snacks before we began. 
The process of assessing my jewelry felt thorough and fair. 

There was plenty of parking. The shop was clean and tidy, the staff was very professional and kind. 

I will definitely be coming back here!

i needed to sell items for a friend so i went to Hamel and was treated very fairly.  we got a little more than we were hoping for. kelsey was quite nice. plus they had awesome snacks.

Oh my God, the lady there was the rudest person I've ever met in customer service.. Price offered was reasonable, but I decided to go elsewhere because of her attitude and demeanor.

I had an excellent experience at Leo Hamel Fine Jewelry in La Mesa.  I had exceptional customer service from a skilled, knowledgeable staff who demonstrated a great deal of expertise and care. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be back!

Kelsey is my go to person for many reasons. She has always been professional, considerate, respectful and informative.  On occasions when Leo's would not be interested in buying, Kelsey has provided me with information so that should I wish to sell on another web site, I have knowledge to do so. I'd also like to add that we have the same birthday-(however a 100 years apart!) so what's not to like!
