The front desk staff person was positive and helpful. The store was clean and tidy, offering tasty coffee and popcorn. The wait was not long at all!  Impressed by this Les Schwab! I will definitely be back!

I had this location replace my tires 10 months ago and my experience was pleasant. Since then I had a issue with one of my tire stems being broke.  I went in talked to a nice lady at the counter,  one if the technicians came out looked at my tire and had me bring my car in the following morning.  I get that since this is a busy location,  my car wouldn't be ready in a hour.  I hung out and in a hour and 15 minutes they had my car done free of charge (warranty reasons).  The technician also was letting me know about others issues with my car.  I really appreciate that they do look over other stuff as well.  I don't always agree with some pricing to fix stuff,  but I fell if you are happy with your service then you could pay that price.  I will go back to take care of these other concerns in the future.  Thank you guys here for all your hard work.! 😀 The reason for 4 stars is because of the expensive future repair bill,  I could go else where and get a little cheaper. Thank you again for everything.

I'm from Albuquerque, NM and I picked up a nail in my Dad's car that my family and I borrowed. The closest place was Les Schwab. Not only did they fix it but I wasn't charged. I wish we had these guys in New Mexico. Outstanding customer service. Thanks again you guys.

Have been a customer for over 25 years.  Just changed store location and got the same fantastic customer service.   All employees are great.  Kind and efficient.
