Very nice store. Like most commission places you are swarmed at the door. Find the person you like. Tell them you will find them when your ready so you can shop without being watched. Great selection and prices. Will be my store in the area for home furnishings. I let my sales person know in there and she waits for me to contact her. No hassle - Debbie is great

Great experience working with Charles B. at the McMurray Office!!  Charles helped me find the perfect area carpet and dresser for an incredible price!  I also appreciate the extra effort Charles is putting forth researching a replacement chair for my dinette set!  Thank you!!

Deborah was a great salesperson!  She was friendly, light hearted, very helpful and NOT pushy at all!  Price was reasonable for the furniture we purchased.

I purchased the sofa on April 16th of 2018. Ann the sales person was very helpful. I was advised that the sofa would be delivered approximately May 11th. On May 15th I called to check on the status. I was told that I should have the sofa within the next week. The next day I received an email from corporate stating that the sofa would not be in until early June. I called customer service and they stated they could not give me any more specific information. I then called the store and requested a call back from the sales manager. After waiting an entire day with no response I called again today May 17th. I was advised they would give him another message to call me. At this point I I am too frustrated to wait all summer long for a sofa to arrive that may not even exist. Moral of story do not sell merchandise that you cannot deliver. I will most likely cancel this order and never do business with this store again.!
