My experience was terrible, like a bait and switch! The salesman Christopher stated there is a comfort guarantee and if we don’t like the frame or mattress we could return and exchange. My husband and I tested the hydrolic frame the night we got it by raising up our heads to watch tv and decided it wasn’t for us. If your tv is on the “side” of the room it’s rather uncomfortable to sit up in bed and turn your head to watch vs. laying down and laying on your side. Additionally, Christopher also sold us a $300 mattress cover and it’s made out of such a “sleek” fabric, when you sit up in bed with it raised or even when laying down, your fitted sheet is sliding all over the place including off of the mattress like you are on a slip and slide! Two days in and the mattress caused me to have a pinched nerve and my husband, shoulder problems. My husband is a laborer and uses his arms/shoulders daily. This all said, I called the customer service number to ask how we return the hydrolic frame and mattress cover and exchange the mattress and they forwarded me to the store. The store then had the GM call me who proceeded to say the hydrolic frame and mattress cover are not returnable and to exchange the mattress, we must wait 30 days regardless of the health issues it is causing. So basically the sales guy lied. He never reviewed the contract with us and voiced over the fact that there is a manufacturer comfort guarantee while he quickly ran his finger across the guarantee section in the itemization and said sign here. So buyers beware!! Also, don’t believe their price match guarantee bs either because I would bet they say that because there is no other store with the EXACT mattress name. I would bet the manufacturer makes the same mattress with different names for different stores so there would NEVER be a time they would have to price match for you! What a bunch of scammers!! They just try to give you warm fuzzies and safe buying but it’s the complete opposite!

My experience was wonderful at Levin Mattress in Robinson. I went two different days and Toni was working both days I went. She was beyond helpful and provided so much information about the different mattresses I was interested in. She answered all of my questions, which made my decision very easy. There was no feeling of being rushed while I was there. They want you to test the mattresses out and gives you all the time you need. Toni went over the warranty and different pads for the mattress. When I went back the second time to buy, she remembered me as I walked in. Toni could not be more helpful and friendly! She made this process very easy and enjoyable! If you are in need of a new mattress, I highly recommend Levin Mattress in Robinson by Golf Galaxy and ask for Tony!!

I’ll never shop from Levin EVER again. I suggest everyone else do the same. These people screwed me out of $3,000! Now I’m stuck with a bed I HATE! Even when you call within the allotted time frame of wanting to change out your bed, they still won’t take it back!!

Had a great experience in selecting a guality Queen size mattress to go along with an adjustable base with all the bells and whistles! Looking forward to a great sleep experience in the near future! Our sales team was the best!
