I recently bought a mattress here for an amazing deal. The service at the store was great! Todd, the salesman who assisted us, was helpful and very patient. He made sure we walked away with a great deal. The delivery was smooth, though a tad late, and the delivery guys were very professional.

I recently purchased a mattress at Mattress Firm on Steubenville Pike. This was the easiest money I've ever spent. Todd, the store manager was extremely helpful without being overbearing. He explained the whole process from purchase to delivery and it went as smoothly as he said it would. They kept me well informed about my delivery via text and email. I never had to make a call. From Todd to the two men that delivered the mattress, everyone was courteous and professional. If you're looking for a mattress, this is the place to go!

The service was great. I told him what kind of beds I like and what my price range was and he found me just the right fit. Really friendly and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend.
