Our move date was scheduled for Saturday, July 30, 2016. Our move consisted of 3 stops prior to arriving at the final destination. This 3-man team was led by their foreman, Ross. I cannot say enough about Ross as he stayed focused and professional the whole time while providing on-the-job training to a new employee. I would use this service again in a heartbeat. Also, Rosa, their office person brings a very bright spirit to this company. LaVerne & Jim

This company services weren't even close to satisfactory. My girlfriend packed the majority of her belongings the way she wanted them in boxes, so it was easy for the movers. Then once they packed everything and took it into there possession to move it to FL, they were terribly tardy for delivering her, her belongings. They were over a week late than the day discussed. They gave her the run around, with calling different people in their company. She was trying to find out what was going on with her delivery and why they weren't in FL, so she can get it all put into storage before she started her new job. They inconvenienced her to the utmost contempt. After she got a hold of them they weren't answering any of her concerns on why they haven't made it on time for delivery. They showed up the day she started work right before it was time for her to start her shift. That was even later than they discussed. She wanted them to come in the morning so she could monitor them as they put her belongings into storage, but they did not honor that time neither. They just threw her belongings in there, it looks terrible! I think there is a great underlying issue with this company internally. Their is no way that people who use this companies services should get charged the amount they decided was a reasonable price to profit their business and get the type of service that was provided to her. No recommendations from me. We are actually looking to file a complaint at their corp office, if they even have one, or the BBB.

This company is a complete joke. You give them your stuff in one piece and all together and trust that they can get it where its supposed to go . then when they drop stuff off all of your plastic bins are broken and they don't give you all your stuff either. Its funny when the driver (his name, Max) showed up and says in front of you and your wife. Direct quote, " I don't know why you hired a moving company they are all rip offs and tend to steel your stuff." After getting all my stuff out of storage I realized how right Max was when saying this. They kept two plastic bins with all brand new wedding gifts a wedding album and shelves that go to a book case! How are you supposed to use a bookcase without the shelves?!?. While they were unloading their truck I took a look in the truck and the driver Max said to me " Dont looking in my F***ing Truck". So I then called to speak with a manager, Hansel who told me to speak with the general manager ,Ryan. Let me tell you this Ryan guy is a complete joke. First, he says he is going to give us 90 dollars per what the contract states for lost or damaged items. Maybe they should add into there contract STOLEN too. They never sent the 90 dollars and when called and asked about the money Ryan then states that in order to get the money we must sign a paper that says in order to receive a refund you must not go onto any social media sites and write a review on us. I think this is completely assinine for a company to make you sign this to get a return on items that they lost broke and stole from us.(When in reality, the items they lost/stole were worth over $2300) which includes the shelves fr the bookcase and our $258 wedding album that we literally just got before packing it up to move!!! When speaking with Ryan he hung up on me a few times and would not speak to me like an adult. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, what ever you do, do not use this company their paper work is poorly filled out and they do not abide by the contract they generate. This company is a bunch of thieves and will do what ever they can to silence un- happy customers. Just be aware if you value your stuff DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
