I am quite happy with the facility.  It's very clean and well organized.  Everything working well. The staff (Carlos and Tim) there are extremely helpful moving in and out.

I rarely write reviews but the lock up storage facility in Skokie is exceptional. Amazingly clean and easily accessible on top of that it is a well secured facility - top notch storage, even the restrooms are clean! The personnel are kind, professional, and helpful! Amazing place!

I rarely write reviews but I had to leave these guys a comment. They went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a jam.  I work from home and had been contemplating renting a storage unit for some time. Sure enough, late Friday afternoon I received a huge shipment and I had no where to store it. I stopped in 15 mins before Carlos was leaving for the day and he helped me out.  He showed me a couple units and signed me up in no time. He even reset the system a few times so my log-in code would work so I could come back and put my boxes in storage the same night. I don't know what I would have done without Carols and Lock Up Self Storage. I'm so happy with this place. Great customer service over there. I'm telling everyone who is in the market for a storage unit to go to Lock Up. Thanks for the amazing customer service.
