I truly love this place! Amazing service and great quality. The staff offers helpful suggestions and always remembers a customer. Don't like your drink (which shouldn't happen cause they're great)? The staff is friendly and will remake you a drink to your liking. 10/10

I had the Earliest Gray Milk Tea. Nice atmosphere and the milk tea was good, but pretty expensive for what it was. I think that this part of a local chain. The service was extremely slow. It seemed like there was a new person at the counter who was being trained which contributed.

My freinds and I drove 45 min to try their bubble tea, definitely worth it!!! Staff was friendly, drinks were great! We will definitely take the drive again to get more tea this summer!!!!

I want to say good things but all I've ever received is over priced, over sweet, bubble tea that takes way too long to make.  I hate ordering unless I'm super desperate.
Today I ordered. Called in regarding how I want my order and if the order was possible. I was told that should be fine and to order online if I want it delivered. Wasn't told about winter break hours or that I had to finish order 10 minutes 🔪prior🔪 to the call. I didn't check my email to see until 90 minutes later,  they closed due to unexpected holiday hours and my order was canceled. I'm so frustrated. Will be calling Jeff the manager tomorrow.
