Service is hit or miss. Also, Michael Cassatt; the person who posted a 5 star google review on this page on Lion Country Supply is a manager at Lion Country Supply! I was just dealing with him yesterday!

Nice little gun and supply shop. High quality dog supplies. You can get collars with brass emblems attached displaying all of your dog's info, which is a great way to eliminate much of the annoying jingling of tags, also while being reassured that the info is in no danger of becoming separated from the collar.

Lion Country was always my go to for dog and hunting supplies and in the past I would have "ALWAYS" rated them with five stars. I don't know what has changed, if the company is under new management or what, but it is not the Lion Country I have always dealt with in the past. I have recently experienced the wrong items being sent to me and the shipping packaging be shoddy at best. Very sorry to see this trend.

They are a Great company to do business with and have good prices and terrific customer service. We ordered a dog crate cover for our son and it arrived in 2 days.  Unfortunately it wasn't what he needed.  I called to get an RA number and spoke to Randy who was very friendly and said to just return it with a reason for the return.  I sent it back and the refund was posted to my CC the same day!!
