Went in the other day to look at the dogs. All the dogs seemed happy and healthy. The store was clean and so were the cages. The only issue I had is that I overheard a worker, I believe her name was Carlie or something like that, saying bad things about another coworker. She was talking very rudely about her in front of customers. It was very inappropriate for a work environment, especially coming out of an adults mouth. She was also ignoring customers while saying bad things about her coworker and being on her phone as well. I hope management does something about this because it really doesn’t sit right with me that she can treat her coworkers this way.

I purchased a sweet little.lady from there yesterday,  as for the store.it.was clean, the cages were.clean. the puppy's were all clean and jumping  around playing and so on. None of them looked under weight.to me and all were happy. The staff was great answered lots of questions and offered lots of advice, some of these reviews seem like lies to me by someone who just is not happy in life and likes to complain. I'm on my second day with our little Gracie and she is so.sweet. at first she was shy but this morning she woke me up.with a few.little barks, I think she was ready to be heard today,  yesterday she.was very quiet.

We got a puppy at this location back in November. We LOVE our little girl and she is perfect for our family. The store was super  busy when we were there and we didn’t feel that the employee who helped us was as friendly as we would have liked. Upon filling out a survey that was sent to us after our purchase, I received a call within 24 hours from a delightful woman named Becky who asked for the details of our experience. She was very apologetic and took every step possible to make things right with us. I understand that people have bad days and respect and appreciate the fact that Becky reached out to us in order to give us a more favorable impression of this store and company. Because of this, I would recommend The Family Puppy to others looking for a new fur baby.

Great experience!  Yes, the puppies are pricey, but the staff was terrific and so helpful. Made us feel like we were important and never made our new puppy family feel stupid for asking questions.

They really do care about their pups they honer their policies I know cus the made me so very happy on a new pup she's such a doll fits right in with are tiny pack 
PJ just loves her (our little Boston terrier boy)  thank u Family puppy for all you did for us we will always come back when we need a new furbaby 💕👊👍😀
