Alpine Jaguar's Service Dept is absolutely amazing! It starts with a phone call and Diane answers! She is fabulous! Any issue I have with my car is resolved so quickly. Before I know it, a driver knocks on my door, picks up my car, and leaves me a brand new Jaguar. When the work is done, he brings my car back - Washed and in perfect order. No more driving there, waiting in lounges... no. With Alpine, you just make a phone call and they pick up the car at your convenience. I've never seen anything like this. I have had Mercedes, Lexus, BMW, and never had service like this. I know my next car will be from Alpine, simply because of their service. The deals are good, too! Dealers are very friendly as well.

On a Wednesday I arrived, unannounced, to look at a Mustang GT they had on the lot. The price was the same in the window as it was on their AutoTrader advertisement. The sales manager and my salesman were both easy to work with. They gave me as much time as I needed to crawl over the car and review it. The process of setting a price was fast enough, only about 30 minutes of waiting. I was able to take some time to grab lunch and think about the purchase with no pressure. After coming back the process of purchasing the car took an hour and I was on my way. No hassles, no pushing, quick and easy. Wish all dealer experiences were like this.

Diane in the service department is the best. I've been working with her for many years. She's always handled my car as if it were her own. If her boss is reading this, give her a promotion! Jason V

The service (Jeff Whitney) at Jaguar Lauderdale was excellent. My car was really taken care of and the results were top notch. I was very pleased. Will rely on them for any other service needs. David A.

Probably the best new car experience I have had in 40 years. Test drove a vehicle with Sammy Balkis, then after shopping around contacted him regarding what I wanted - color combo, options etc. He obtained exactly what I wanted at a price that I felt was fair and better that two other local dealers. And this was for a vehicle that wasn't on the lot - had to get it from another dealer out of the area! Communication was great, treated superbly and with respect for my time. Sammy is a true professional, he puts in the time and effort - thank you!!
