Was ready to spend serous money on some Focal Grande utopia’s .. skinny white sales man . Then started to teach me audio 101 in a condescending manner . Well I can only tell you , this only turned me off . I usually spend hours listening & sitting. I left in 20 min.

So glad to have a local High Fidelity store I can go into. All staff are very helpful, informative,  and non-pushy. They are my go to place for quality audio equipment and they also have superior video reproduction systems.

My salesperson Patrick was super helpful. Got to know my musical tastes right away and we listened to a variety of speakers within my price range. He never tried to steer me in a particular direction even though based on our initial conversation he already kind of knew where I would go. 

Now the best part. When my speakers arrived one was scratched during shipping. The manufacturer required sending both back for replacement. Instead of making me wait longer, they sent me home with their floor models so I could enjoy them immediately. When mine arrived, Patrick brought them to my house, repackaged their speakers and set up my new ones. I was thoroughly impressed with this level of customer service. Great experience!
