I placed an order for Same Day Pick Up Business cards and when it was completed it said that it was going to be ready at 8:30 PM on that day.  They were not ready, I called the next morning and was informed that their machine was broken.  I can understand the machine being broken, it happens.  What I don't understand is why you are not letting your customers know, you have their cell numbers and their email addresses. The person who I spoke said he has received about 25 orders since the machine was broken and mine was one of the last.  You are telling me that you didn't have the time to contact 25 people?? come on now, the price is not going to change, I am still expected to pay the whole amount, and I am fine with it, but please work on your communication skills.

Went to make copies and the lady that was working in the copy center at 12 p.m., was very professional. She was very helpful kind compassionate and provided excellent customer service. Great place to go for copies.

Store must be taking inventory this week, but their people are proactive and ready to provide assistance as needed. My computer-related questions were answered by a friendly employee and he even suggested shopping online because of the free shipping offered by Staples. Impressed!

Really loud. Couldn't have conversations with sales people because another egotistical sales person was wailing on an axe in some sort of weird misplaced attempt to make a sale to a middle-aged soccer mom.

Feeling awful and down, I went to Staples to make my first ever missing pet poster. The staff here was friendly and considerate when helping me print the flyers. Thank you for making my day alittle better with you kind words. Great service does make a difference.
