This location NEEDS help. They never have food ready and I always end up waiting 10 plus minutes for a hot n ready. Every time I walk in I can feel the stress of the other customers waiting. They wont tell you there is a wait time until after you pay. I get the feeling from the employees that I'm annoying them when I ask for anything extra like adding extra topping to crazy bread. Really unorganized and bad customer service. I have gone to this location a lot, so it's not just an off day. It's always like this. I will now drive out of my way to go to a further location or different pizza place to avoid going here.

I gave this place a 2 Star because the food is what it is and you can't change that. Whenever I want a really cheap pizza I go to Little Caesars. The consumer is to blame as we keep buying it. I remember when you used to get two pizzas wrapped in paper and the crust was actually okay. Now it is all pre-made junk with low standard type toppings. I do like the cheese sticks, but that is the 500 lbs man inside me talking.

Visited here 6/01/2018 ordered a custom pizza and was told it would take 7 minutes. No problem, i run over to Harmon’s to grab some ice cream and then back to Little Caesar’s pizza.  The cashier meets me at my car with pizza’s in hand, thanks me very nicely.  
Whoa!  I didn’t see that coming!! Thanks for the extremely curtious service!!!

It used to be good. I come down here to avoid the Riverton branch and their standards but this location is just as bad now. I get a cold, stale pizza every single damn time, I don't mind waiting for a fresh one and in fact I prefer it. Also a message to corporate, the pizza portal is a flop, no one uses it, you can't add crazy crust options on the app and it's impossible to leave a comment. Get the guy promoting it out of the store too, he's awkward and annoying and holds up the line. Focus on giving me a hot n fresh instead of hot n ready.

Ordered over the phone to save time as I was on a short lunch break before working the rest of a 12 hour shift. Showed up 6 minutes like they said it would be ready to find out they didn't have my order because the manager forgot to put it in or tell anyone so had to wait another 12 minutes for my food. He apologized for one second and proceeded to leave the store with someone who showed up, and didn't even try to make sure my order would get out. The staff was amazing friendly and apologetic. Really disappointed to have my break and whole day ruined.
