We had never been to this location before. And I'm giving it 2 stars ONLY because the manager stepped in and made it right. When we walked in, we were not greeted with even a nonchalant "hey," "hi," or hello, " not acknowledged at all even when the cashier approached the counter to take our order. And we were the only patrons to walk in for a while. She wasn't listening as my boyfriend recited our order because when our food was ready, what I ordered was not in the bag, my boyfriend's order was correct. He took the food back up there and told the manager, and she got me what I had originally ordered free of charge and gave us a coupon for a free entrée. The cinnamon twist lacked sugar; it was all cinnamon I didn't even eat them. Th
Good food as usual. However, there was nobody working at the counter. The only option for ordering inside was the electronic menu. I prefer to deal with people. It took 20 minutes to get my food. Unacceptable. I go to fast food for fast food, otherwise I would go to a regular dine in restaurant. Also, the bathrooms had coded locked doors. What the heck. TB is one of my favorite fast foods. I will not return to this location.
I ordered from the taco bell from this location. My food was delivered after an hour. It was cold. My drink and sauce were missing. I've never been let down this bad by a fast food restaurant. Also there's no receipt or transaction history.Food: 1/5
I will not be visiting this location again! It took a minute for someone to come and take my order. Got my food quickly, got home and took my first bite of my taco, COLD. Also ordered two chalupa and they were very stingy with the chicken and generous with the lettuce and cheese. Highly disappointed with the customer service and my completion of my order!
The cashier could not have been more condescending. He said that he could make a menu item, but wouldn't. I ordered what he was ok with. However, he made something very different. He said he was an Army Ranger, but obviously showed no pride in his work.Food: 2/5
Had to ask the staff to come help me. Now it has been twice I've gone to this location recently and both times I was told to put in my order... but I had a change to the base order and wanted to pay cash. Staff entered the order, took my cash and then got the order wrong. The first taco made wrong wasn't even full as it should have been. Check your food before you leave!
I really only get bean burritos here but you know giving it a solo four-star is because of being burritos. Also the cheesy bean and rice burrito but I always asked for no nacho cheese. Seriously Taco Bell layoff the nacho cheese. What is the deal with the nacho cheese? I’ll tell you what the deal is. Let’s save a few dollars and get disgusting gross nacho cheese instead of the shredded cheese he used to put on everything.
Food is decent but the dark curly headed skinny girl working the speaker in drive thru was beyond rude. I won’t come back to this location because of her. Just so dang snooty and disrespectful because we took a little longer to find the food we wanted. I hate bad customer service, she should be in the bag flipping burgers if she can’t handle being kind to customers. It’s not that hard.
I Love Taco Bell my favorite is the Doritos Logo Taco the Crunchwrap Supreme and the Chicken quesadillas included Mountain Dew's Baja Blast and it was a fast service too also it was Awesome!!Food: 5/5
Dined inside and was not busy. Store was clean. Staff was friendly and moved with purpose. Minus one star because it took 20 minutes to get our order as we watched people in the drive thru get orders before us.
