The classes were okay and the trainers were very nice, but know that their 'month to month' membership is false advertising. Apparently, you have to quit 30 days before your membership is up, or they charge you for the following month. I tried to sign up for multiple classes during the month I had my membership, but when I went to book a class, they were almost always already full. I was only able to successfully complete TWO classes due to THEIR lack of class availability at the Pike Creek location. I went to cancel my membership about a week or so before it was due to renew. Orange Theory then charged my card another $100 for the following month. I tried to fight this charge, and they would not refund me the money or transfer my final month's membership to my mother in law, who uses the studio. Just know what you're getting into if you decide to sign up. You're getting roped into at least two months membership, a heart rate monitor, and very limited class availability... so you better know your schedule and book your desired classes in advance.
