Bought $200 worth of rock with free shipping. It Took 7 days to get here. The rock it's self looks great but everything is brown and haven't seen anything alive. I bought this rock not to save money but to get quality. There is a no return or refund policy so I guess I will have to make it work. I'm extremely disappointed.

They went to being awesome, to never there. I have been to the store 3 times last week and twice there were notes on the door saying they have left. The new service is poor and the one employee has no idea what i'm talking about.  this place makes me sad.

My second dealing with these folks "online" and I am a very satisfied customer. Bill has been outstanding to deal with not only is he  knowledgeable but also very customer service oriented.

I love the store! You feel like you're in a dream in this place... my hippo tang brought ich into my tank and the newer guy there told me to add a skimmer to my tank to remove nitrates that puts stress of the fish and it would cure the ich... we'll I did that, and I lost not only the tang ($80) but a Two-spot goby ($40)... there are around 16 other saltwater fish stores.. I'm considering trying a new place.
