Have had no poor experiences, take my dog to be groomed here. Very helpful and friendly  UPDATE: My dog had all his shots, but I wen over his record over the phone. When we got there, they refused to take him. My advice. .go to 
FURRY LAND MOBILE GROOMER  instead, just one animal at a time❤

I have nothing but gratitude for the employees at this Petco.   Up until now, I was an infrequent shopper, but after today I will only go to this store.  I walked in yesterday, frustrated and  looking for answers to help me with my newly adopted Beagle/Chihuahua mix. Trainer, Jeannette, took the time to talk to me, offering her expertise and even offering product she purchased that might work for for him at her expense. She suggested I come in the next day to try out different leashes, etc. as she patiently worked with me and my dog to find the right fit for our problem.  Another trainer, Amanda, stepped up ...again patiently explaining the best way to work with my dog so that we can be a successful, loving dog/human family.  And I can not forget the other employees who were so incredibly helpful helping me find the appropriate dog food and offering me a coupon saving me money.  It may sound silly to some, but my new adopted baby has given me a lot of stress which up until now I was ready to give up. Thank you, thank you so much...I love my furry babies and nice to know I know where to go when I need help. PS-I think we'll be just fine.

Drove up here at 8:45 pm on a friday to find out that they closed at least 15 min early. Who knows how long they were closed before I got there. My dog will have to go to bed without his dinner. Oh wait... I can just go to Target next door. They seem to like keeping their doors open. Not god for business to close during business hours.

Spa day at Petco for Spike.  He loves his spa day where the bathe him, grind his nails and brush his teeth.  He comes out happy and smelling good.

Located in a convenient area in the same shopping center as Target and Staples. It's a standard Petco that's clean and with helpful, friendly staff. The animals on site are taken care of as best as Petco policy allows, which isn't great, but they're fed and clean.
