Every time we come here the workers that are there walk around like they have to be here all day so they are in no particular interest of moving people thru. They, very frequently, have 2 or more people on break or lunch at the same span of time. Instead of maybe spacing the breaks like 2 people at same time but 15 minute overlaps. IE: person A lunch at 11 then person 2 at 11:15. Heaven forbid the #system go on fritz.... cuz then they workers take whatever # is easier to do. Even though 30 people could be here for the same reason. It's very unorganized!!! I allowed 2 1/2 hours to get my son his 1st ID for him to start his school program. We sat there, almost 4 hours. At least 20 people came after us and were called within 25-30 minutes. I finally got my son's ID, only after getting upset(quietly). I began to have tears running down my face b/c my son was going to miss his final interview to begin his Youth Build program.

Great experience and service. Checked in at 1:01 and walked out at 1:27. The young lady who helped me was very courteous, pleasant and professional. Want to add had 3 different transactions to have completed. Thank you for your service.

Workers are rude, too many workers on break at the same time, takes way, way too long just to get my licence printed. Already been here for a hour and a half and last time I was here it took two and a half just for a normal ID. If I could rate this DMV a -5 star, I would.

Waste of time to come here. We thought we would try since the one in BR is always packed. Big mistake. The people are very rude and talk to customers like trash. The woman in the window who sits in a chair all day whines about how tired she is. Also at the end of the day the customers left inside waiting they have to serve only they will make up excuses why not to serve you such as its too late to do something or all of a sudden they dont except that form of payment. These people dont care about the customers. They give people ugly looks and act like they dont even want to help anyone. Why take a job if you arent willing to pull your weight? Also its very unorganized. The number pulling system is a joke. You might have 4 people in front of you and sit there 3 hours. Now another thing I noticed is employees engaging in unneeded interaction with customers. For instance they might know someone or realize they may have a mutual friend or whatnot and then instead of just getting the work done they sit at the booth and chat the whole time. But are quick to get an attitude and talk about how tired they are when someone gripes about how long its taking. You mean to tell me these employees are so tired from working a desk job that gives them the right to treat customers how they want?

Waited well over an hour and a half just to get a duplicate ID. Many of the workers standing around talking to one another. I would give it a 0 star rating if it were possible.
