More gyms should be like this one! They offer free children classes and teach truly healthy living. Highly recommend checking it out and receiving a personal training session.

This is by far the best gym in town. Having been a member of golds gyms, LA fitness, anytime fitness and planet fitness. This place doesn't even compare.. Its literally all of those balled up into one great place to come and workout. The free kids classes are awesome! Mike the owner is there sun up to sun down every day making sure each member has the same great experience! He provides the information needed to reach any goal and he does it happily. The gym is a gym. Much like any other. It has equipment and trainers. But the atmosphere is what makes this place stand out. That's why people join this gym. I could go on and on but life center fitness isn't just a gym its a family! You should come be a part of it!

From the first few visits, I knew life center fitness was different. There are some similar aspects to a regular gym, however Mike makes things a little more personal. With personalized diets and routines for different peoples individual goals as well as new ways to work specified muscles, life center fitness does an excellent job at getting individuals ready for whatever goals they have planned. Mikes goal is to make everybody live a better life, including his kids programs as well as his help with recovery in those who can barely move. At life center fitness, everybody is welcome, as long as they have fun!

I do not have the vernacular to describe properly how great of an establishment this is. To me, it's not just a gym, it's a place that I can feel at home. Mike, the owner, has an incredible amount of knowledge on the human body and how to properly work the muscles to get the results you're looking for. I have witnessed first hand the change he has made in people, and seen the anguish from years of being in pain simply melt away. They have kids fitness classes 5 says a week that are free with your membership and the best part is the adults can join too! What other gym does that?! Do yourself a favor, stop giving your money to a facility that doesn't care about you and head to Life Center Fitness. You will not be disappointed!
