We had Lock and Tech USA install a security camera system to our Prospect Heights co-op and Gabriel and his team did an amazing job! They installed the whole system, including 6 cameras on the interior and exterior of our building in one day! The quality of the cameras and equipment is top of the line- the picture is crystal clear. They are very thorough, responsive, professional and offer high quality installation and equipment for a great price. They email and call when you need and made sure we were 110% happy with everything. Highly highly recommend these guys!

I have a phone/intercom system that worked sometimes over the years until the intercom simply stopped working.  None of the usual professionals from all of the phone companies could figure out what the problem was and just about everyone else suggested abandoning the system and find something less complex.  I found Lock and Tech through Google.  Read 2 reviews and called them up.  Gabriel came promptly that afternoon to assess the situation and I could tell immediately, he knew what he was talking about.  I hired him on the spot and he agreed to do the job 2 days later.  His technicians showed up on time (Igor and I believe Misha) and were polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.    Gabriel was present to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.  I give them a rating of 10 for customer service.  They installed the new phone system, toned the wires, installed multiple phones, parallel-paired them with my cordless phones, fixed the door bell so the intercom is now working with the new phone system, and everything is now working well together as it should.  They are truly amazing and take the headache out of everything.  Awesome job and I highly recommend them.

I contacted these guys for installing a top lock on my apartment door. They gave a reasonable price and the locksmith showed up nearly right away. They installed the lock quietly and explained how the lock works and is installed. Will definitely contact this company in the future.

Lock & Tech has been very responsible and professional for the few times we've used their services. They are accommodating and get the job done. The communication during the job is a plus so there are no unknowns when they're done.

This place is the absolute worst!!!! One star is too much for them. I'm not sure why they got all these good reviews but would not recommend to anyone professional. I spoke to Pete about getting a quote to relocate an intercom at a job in Manhattan. He immediately told me there would be a $200 fee per hour. I spoke to about 5 different companies and they were all willing to give a free quote, except these guys. My client lives in California and wanted a quote to move the intercom. How will I know how much it will cost when these guys didn't want to give me a rough estimate? Stay away from these guys. This is what happens when some companies become successful. They have too much pride and become all about the almighty dollar!! They forget the reason they became successful and they lack the customer service they once had.
