I have had bad experiences at other Logan's but this location had been pretty good. It has been a while since I have been to this location and they had a BAD Saturday night. On 04/28/2018 we were in the area and went to have dinner before our plans for the evening. It wasn't that busy and their were plenty of workers as they were gathered up front at the hostess desk talking and playing around, and several walking around on the floor. The wait time was about an hour to get the food once ordered. Other tables were complaining to the manger and he said he would check on it. It was apparent there was a problem but it didn't seem the manager had any oversight of what was going on. The waitress overcharged us even after I verified with her about the special. We were late for what we had planed and this is the last tie that I go to Logan's. It is obvious that no expectations have been expressed to staff and management of how a good business runs.Or either they don't care!

The food wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great either. We’ve definitely had a much better experience overall at other locations. The main thing that bothered me was that none of the servers seemed happy. Our waiter seemed irritated that we were there. The servers were all standing around our table at one point complaining about a negative review. It would be nice if they did that in the back but came out with a smile on their face so that customers wouldn’t feel uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to get my family out of there. We will not be returning.

We were given a 25 min wait but happily we didn’t have to wait that long. After being seated it took a while (10 to 15 mins) before anyone acknowledged us. Finally the waiter took our order. He was very distracted and disengaged, it felt like we were an inconvenience to him. He brought drinks with not enough straws and rolls with no plates. We ordered the chopped steak with steamed broccoli and grilled mushrooms and a child’s grilled cheese with fries. My chopped steak meal was ok. I would eat it again just not anytime soon. My child’s meal was good he liked the grilled cheese and the fries were yummy. We also loved the rolls! After another table had an issue with our waiter he became more helpful and less distracted. Over all food was good. Service over all was not good.

Sunday afternoon lunch. It seems the bad reputation is impacting their patronage. The place is more than half empty at what should be a busy time for the church crowd. I've had my bad experiences, and wouldn't be here if not for my wife choosing today. I wrote a scathing review about this location on Yelp last year which mirrored all the reviews you see here. Logan's replies to most of these asking to call. It seems that they've been apologizing but not addressing the source of the problem...UNTIL NOW. Today there was nothing out of order. The food could have been cooked/seasoned a little better, but pretty much what to expect at this price point. The manager even checked on every table with a smile. I didn't see or hear the usual grumblings from other patrons. Overall I'm pleased to see at least on this day, that the ship is in shape. THANK YOU.

We were seated quickly but after that.... It took an hour to get our food. My husband ordered a medium rare sirloin and ribs with a baked potato and vegetables. He got a med. Done rib eye with no ribs and a sweet potato. They didn't even bother bringing my 4yr.old her food. We were told by waiter that there was a large party so there would be a wait. I pay the same prices in my small party as the large party does. I expect the same service. WORST SERVICE EVER! My husband then waited twenty minutes for the manager to come to the table.
