Came here for a family night out. Everything was absolutely wonderful. A huge plus was our waiter being on top of things. Without even asking, he brought out steak sauces of each kind, ketchup for fries, and drink refills kept coming. He even kindly asked if we would be having desert before giving us the check. He displayed amazing service and didn't leave us disappointed. Also I must add, I tried their Nawleans Hurricane and it was one of the best hurricanes I have ever tasted.

This used to be a nice restaurant but it has gone downhill. Went last night and was 5 min before waits got there. Took drink and food orders. Got rolls and 3/4 drinks and said the kid drink with cotton candy would be a min and 1 was unsweetened tea instead of sweet. Then she's gone. 20 min later food gets there...again 3/4 of them. Still no kid drink so I remind her. Last plate of food and kid drink arrives few min later, only the steak was cooked wrong. Asked for medium rare and got a tiny, hard, well done steak. 10 min later the steak is there and boy is it rare but I still like that so I went ahead and ate it. Is much better than a well done steak anyway cause I'm tired of waiting at this point. We left and are not going back. Also half the place was wide open but there was a 10 min wait...terrible management

Wife and I stopped for the prime rib for 2 at @$14 each . Saturday afternoon about 3:30 to avoid all the traffic and crowd. Was a perfect time, no waiting, plenty of parking. Found it was with 1 side item each and shared appetizer. She got potato soup and said it's the best she's found. I got the 8oz prime rib and 2 sides at $16. It was very good and plenty. Tasty dip and real good horse radish. We got the spinach dip appetizer and it was a good amount and tasty. Rolls and sweet butter are fantastic. Place is clean, waitress attended us well, fast food delivery. We were very pleased, I do recommend it, a step above so a bit pricy.

The waitress Brooklyn was amazing. The bartender was awesome. But the kitchen staff sucks, the food was good but it took it along time to come out. The bread was fresh, she brought water, even our drinks, mind you this was Cinco De Mayo Day. It took at least 45 minutes all we ordered was the Salmon and Ribs. Overall the service was good but they need to work on wait time.

Our server was rude, sloppy, and lacked any customer service skills. She vacuumed the floor around our table while we were eating. It took a long time for her to bring us our drinks and rolls. When she did get them to us, the rolls were cold and she held my drink close to her chest as she talked right over it. She never refilled my husbands drink. He ate his whole meal without anything to drink. When she gave us our check, she stood next to us watching us discuss the bill. She had an impatient look on her face and when I told her that it would be a minute she continued to stand there watching us. I told her that she was making me a little uncomfortable watching me and she rolled her eyes at me and took a deep breath to show me her exasperation with me. Not rhe worst service I have had, but not good either.
