The place was clean. Waitresses were nice & got the food to the table quickly. But we did go at 3pm in the evening. We left at 5pm & the early dinner crowd began to come in at that time. Overall a great experience there.

One of our worst visits to a "nice" restaurant, ever.... $75 for basically nothing but their biscuits and 2 salads. There were 3 of us, and the Waitress totally gyped my Dad of his salad. We had to tell her twice that we wanted 2 raspberry smoothies.... I wish she'd forgotten them afterall, they were nothing more than ice and some nasty flavored syrup.... not raspberry and NOT a smoothie. I overlooked these things and hoped the actual meal would be better. It wasn't. My meal, and my Mom's meal were missing our baked potato and the #3 item of our Shrimp Trio. At the end of our meal we finally got a reduced portion each of our Trio however still no potatoes so I asked foe the Manager. She was attentive and friendly however there was no attempt to give an adjustment on the bill nor did she follow up before we left. There was e.a table behind us that couldn't get servivce and another couple left irritated. We won't be going back here for a long while, if at all.

I honestly knew better than to come to any red lobster in Memphis as they have been nothing but disappointing over the years and this time was no different. My wife was craving crab legs and I couldn't convince her to go somewhere else so I did what every good husband does and let my wife have her way. The service was ok , overall she was friendly but had no awareness of what we needed at our table. (Prebussing, wet naps, napkins, a plate for our shells, etc..) The crab legs were terrible, I've had better crab legs at an all you can eat buffet. They were water logged so bad that everytime we tried to crack a leg we were squirted with water as well as the meat being flavorless and mushy. Our baked potatoes were cold and the mozzarella caprese premium side I selected was served with hard mozzarella and inedible. I dont know when Red Lobster decided to change their key lime but what should have been the highlight of the night was a small tart looking thing with a soggy Graham cracker crust soaked in some sort of old raspberry sauce all for the bargain price of $7. In short I won't let my wife bully me into dining at this red lobster ever again. In hindsight I would have gotten more enjoyment out of just burning the $130 we spent that night.

We love red lobster n don't mind paying for good food. I got lobster tacos. You couldn't even tell there was any meat on them. Our waitress was good. Food was lacking. And extea crab legs never made it to table until everything was gone.
