My son went and ordered 6 fish and 6 chicken family meal. The chicken was not cooked, the hush puppies  were burned, macaroni watered down.  I called an Isiah who claimed he was the shift manager told me to  bring the order back and they would recook the whole order and to ask for him.  My son takes the food back only to be told Isiah is not there they don' t know what he is talking about so my son gets the money back.   I call the them to see what the issue is w/them honoring what they said they would do. The smart mouth girl on the phone refused to put Isiah on the phone and acted like its no big your food could have made your whole family ill then hangs up on me. Then 10 mins later some random person calls me back from the restaurant asking me what happen because she just got there. I told her I don't want anything now my son was just there so you should of done the right thing when he was there. I tried to locate the number for corporate but was not able to so this is why i am putting this review on here. I have never in my life been in s situation like this and it is really sad that other human beings think its OK to think its OK to under cook food then not honer your word.  LJS/KFC needs to fire the whole staff and if need be shut it down til you get employees that understand the importance in the proper way to cook and serve food and work w/the public.

Nasty, dirty place, I will never eat there again. They also refused to let me have extra tartar sauce, even tho I passed on a drink. That's because of coarse they were out of tea. Still won't give extra sauce. Then the lady got mad and had an attitude. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Walked into the empty restaurant while the 2 kids who were supposed to be working were smoking in a car in the parking lot. Finally got service and was informed they were out of tartar sauce. The place was a mess!!! Tried to contact corporate, but they didn't include a receipt. The store number listed on their website is G135007, but there's only room for 5 characters. Unacceptable!!!

The service was terrible. I was rushed out of line and when he handed me my food the bag was ripped. Then had the nerve to look appalled because I checked my order. Service is always terrible when I visit this location.

They put my long john silvers in a KFC box and one of my fish had uncooked batter on it and tasted gross
