Just left there and we go to this location at least once a week and buy for a five person family and it takes time, no issues. But tonight we just ordered three easy things of ice cream. We waited 15 minutes and finally pressed the button again to see what was taking so long and they were not that busy. The manager Julie and or Joy got on to the intercom and got a huge attitude just because we were asking where our simple order was. And not even five minute before that she was outside cussing and talking badly on the company on the phone with someone. I work in customer service and this is NOT how you treat a customer period whether it's there first time to this place or the thousandth.

Love sonic as a whole but by far this has and always be the worst location to visit. Employees are rude and there's a 99.9999% chance your orders gonna be wrong. Whether it's an order for 4 or just a drink...expect it to be wrong and if you do get the right order no worries because its likely not going to be warm or fresh. The 15 min drive it takes to go to the next closest location is very much worth it vs. Dealing with the large side of bs you get here.

My girlfriend had a miscarriage 2 nights before and she was home sick in bed and all she wanted was a berry waffle master shake. I pulled up at 1024 and was screamed at by 2 of the rudest human beings ive ever encountered, i was yelled at repeatedly that they don't serve Ice cream after ten and then when I asked if I could still get a creamslush of some kind they said yes. So i started to text my girlfriend and figure it out, as there was not a soul in sight and no one behind me I thought it was okay for her to try and figure out what she wanted instead being forced to make a snap decision with all that she has been through. Another woman came on the speaker and yelled at me that I had to figure out what I was ordering right then. As I was pulling forward to leave the other little snot leaned out of their drive thru window and yelled THANKS! In as loud a voice as possible and a very rude attitude. I have no idea what has happened to this place, but I hope this place gets it stuff together. I will be calling corporate among other things. These two women are heartless and disgusting human beings and i wish them the absolute best in life.

On four separate occasions this Sonic Drive in has screwed up the order I asked them for. This occasion (Currently sitting in parking lot. For over 45 minutes I must add.) I order a Reese's blast. The first one brought out the lady dropped and fell in my car. The next one they brought out was a Butterfinger blast. I'm now waiting on the Reese's I ordered been doing so for way too long. I'll never spend another dollar here again.

I like the carhop special. Good burger and rings for a reasonable price. That's rare.
