We had a roof installed July 2015 and the drip edges were improperly installed and no soffitt vents were installed so moisture came into our home and ruined basically every wall, ceiling, floor, cabinets, etc. It also caused toxic black mold to form on everything in our home and the house was deemed uninhabitable until we threw out all of our belongings including beds, furniture, clothing, etc. I've contacted this company multiple times with little response. They don't care about their customers just the $$$$$. If you need a roof go elsewhere. Do not give this company your business and hard earned money. I would give negative stars if possible. I've already contacted the Better Business Bureau, The Maryland Attorneys General, and a few lawyers. No business should be allowed to operate in such an unprofessional manner

Spammed my cell phone with a text ad. Very uncool. I would give them negative stars if I could. I've reported them to both the FTC and the FCC. Do not reward these people. They deserve to go OUT of business.

Good luck communicating with them after you have your roof installed.

The roof has functioned as expected since it was installed about 2 years ago (though we keep discovering roofing nails here and there on the property, despite promises that this would not happen when the install happened).  

When I contacted them (about 3 weeks ago now, roughly every day this week) to get an invoice (for homeowners insurance reasons), they have told me that it's coming for several weeks.  

Multiple voicemails etc have not gotten me the information I need, much less returned phone calls.  All they would have had to do was to call me back and tell me what the deal was (I've requested this several times via voicemail).  Alas, nothing.  So...one star.
