Very disappointed in the service received while my stay at the double tree by Hilton. The bartenders at the longboard pool bar are very rude and do not care about providing good customer service. Made getting a simple beer a very long and Uncomfortable experience. I will take by business else next time I am in town. At the over priced rate you should expect better service.

Great bar, great service, amazing ocean view on the Seawall! Jennifer was our bartender and was top of the line! Definitely an improvement since Doubletree took over!

Good drinks.  Tom the bar tender was Great!  Outstanding service! We stayed at the double tree for 5 nights! This place is impeccable! ! All the staff is great. They are on it at all times. We had one minor issue at the swim up bar Tyler,  the food and beverage manager handled it so professionally. Even gave us a free shot. The food is also very very good!!  All of the staff is awesome!
