Here’s why I gave three stars... I go there often, and it is USUALLY really good.  Sometimes it is dry and old tasting though so it’s a crapshoot.... also the employees are super friendly and kind.  

Here is my main reason for taking off the two stars though.  Last time I went in a couple weeks ago... there was a looonng brown hair all wrapped up in the breading of the chicken, like embedded in it.   It was disgusting, thank god I noticed it since I was breaking it up for my daughter to eat and not just biting into it.  Ever since then I’m a bit grossed out about going back....

This place can give you two very different experiences depending on the time of day you go in. During the day they are all rock stars!! Fast, clean and service with a smile. However after 9pm everything goes downhill. Wait time is ridiculous, food made wrong, nasty attitudes from thee teens behind the counter... just be sure to visit during the daytime!

Always pleased with the food, quick service and friendly staff! The tables are always clean and napkins, utensils and ketchup are always stocked! I know when I go in that I am in for a treat!

Ironically this heat has heighten my craving for fried food. And I knew I needed to come here. I pulled into the drive thru and it took three minutes from order to pick up. The food was ready before I could even put my card back into my wallet.

The box combo (~$8) was everything I expected. Chicken tenders were moist and crispy. The sauce was almost like a peppery thousand island flavor. Cole slaw wasn't too sweet and was refreshing to eat especially when you're eating the holy trinity: fried chicken, potatoes, bread. I love the thickness and texture of the Texas toast but all I could think was how well it would go with a pasta dish.
